Biography:

FitzGerald lived from 1890-1956. He was a late arrival to the Group of Seven Artists, and was invited to become a Member in 1932. In 1921, he was honoured by putting on a one-man show at the Winnipeg Art Gallery. After that success, he studied in New York, and returned to Winnipeg in 1922.
